Shipping policy

Shipping is via Royal Mail Click and Send service. I aim to pack and ship orders within 2 working days of the order being placed. On some occasions, due to business demands,  this may take longer - you will be notified by email/telephone number if this is the case.

Items under 2kg weight are charged at £3.50

Items above 2kg weight are charged at £6.80

Orders are sent by 48 hr tracked service - except for small items of trimming/braid which , dependant on size/quantity, will be sent by Royal Mail Large Letter (no tracking available).
