Refund policy

I have a 14 day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, in its original packaging, or similar strong waterproof packaging.

To start a return, please  contact me at englishcountryfabric@yahoo.com.

If your return is accepted, I’ll send you a return shipping label - if the item is faulty.

If you have changed your mind or you no longer want the item, then return shipping is at your cost – the same as it would be if you had to return an item to a store.

Please take into consideration that colours show up differently on different media devices/phones/laptops etc .

I will send  you instructions on how and where to send your package.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds
On receipt of the returned item,  you will be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
